Ordering

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit card cards including Visa, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB. We also accept bank transfers, charges for bank transfers are the customers responsibility.

Do You Charge Tax?

All prices on the iLite Lighting website include VAT. If you are ordering goods outside of the EU then VAT is not chargeable. Customers within the EU who can provide a VAT number, then VAT is not chargeable.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Do You Offer A Trade or Volume Discount?

We offer trade pricing to members of the trade such as designers, architects and contractors who can present the appropriate credentials. In addition, we may be able to offer special discounts for large volume orders.

Shipping is £9.90 to mainland UK regardless of order value. We ship Internationally too. For more delivery information Click Here.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship to over 150 countries. If your country does not appear in the dropdown box on the cart page then get in touch with us via email or phone and we will be happy to assist you.

What If I Need To Ship To Multiple Addresses?

We are able to ship to multiple addresses for an additional charge. Contact us via email/phone so we can arrange a bespoke quote.


Returns & Damages

What Is Your Return Policy?

We accept returns on a vast majority of our products (unused and in original packaging) within 14 days of delivery. For full returns terms and conditions visit our terms and conditions page.

How Much Time Do I Have to Inspect My Package For Damage?

It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you find any issues, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

If by some chance your item was damaged during transit, please contact our Customer Service team. All damaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
